House Rules

First and foremost, we ask that every user of SLEEEP to respect the following codes:

No smoking. No eating. And No Speakers.

Each SLPer (bed) is for one person only.

Locker

1.
Put your palm onto the keypad lock gently. The numbers should light up.

2.
Input the 4-digit password given to you by our X.O.

3.
Then press '#' to unlock.

REM-ctrl

R.E.M. stands for Responsive Environmental Modulator. It is inside each of our Capsules. It lets you to control the 3 most influential environmental factors that affects your sleep: 
Lighting, Sound, and Airflow.

The REM-ctrl can be accessed in two ways.

QR-code

Scan the QR code with your mobile phone will lead you to a digital UI with advanced features.

the SLPer Lock

The SLPers has a lock on its door, which can be activated / disabled depending on the latch inside the SLPer.

From the Inside

Shifting the black handle near the door up and down engages/disables the lock.

From the outside

Remember to pull the door tight in order to close it off completely.

Bathroom Door

The bathroom doors at SLEEEP.bkk.silom are inspired by traditional Thai teak doors, infused with modern requirements.
They do need a bit of getting used to.

To open, 1.) push from the edge, then 2.) bend the middle, lastly, 3) push to the side.

To close, 1.) pull out the door, then 2.) straighten the middle, lastly, 3) push in flat.

Water/towels etc.

Drinking water and fresh towels can be found at the supply room of the Long Living Room (2/F)

Amenities

If you need tooth brush / make-up remover etc. Please let our X.O. know.

SLEEEPING Well

Is the fundamental objective when we designed SLEEEP.

A relaxing setting

With the use of soft music and aroma for relaxation, we hope you can unwind and recharge after your busy day.
Inside our SLPers, you may choose from our handpicked ambiance soundtracks to set the perfect mood for your slumber.

A COOL ATMOSPHERE

As you start to fall asleep, your body temperature decreases to initiate the sleep cycle.
Our sleeping areas are kept at around 20°C to help facilitate this process.
If you are feeling unwell under the temperature, please kindly contact our X.O. for an extra blanket.

A dark environment

The dim lighting throughout SLEEEP encourages the production of Melatonin, the hormone that regulates the sleep–wake cycle.
Our use of black as a main theme in most of our user interface aims to reduce blue-light exposure to the users.

To help you sleep, try to avoid using digital devices right before bed.
We suggest reading a book instead!
But if you have to, don't forget to turn down the brightness level and enable dark mode.
