As an X.O., your primary responsibility is to ensure a delightful experience for each of our guests. This will require you to maintain the prompt responses to all guest inquiries/requests via our various communication channels, high level of courtesy and friendliness, and orderliness of the premise. Who we are looking for

Who we are looking for

What your duties will be

  • Manage all the global operations including current sites (Bangkok Silom, Gough, CWB & Wing Wo) and their respective sites operation management team, and special project expansion activities located in the Asia Pacific region. (SLEEEP or SPAAA Powered by SLEEEP or any new brand through the provision of activities and related service offerings in the health and wellness market in line with the Operating Budget and Projections detailed in the Annex).
  • Immediate Task (6 months - 12 months) setup & operate Bangkok Siliom SLEEEP, put in the right team.
  • Handling day-to-day operations of the Silom Operations, which shall include the marketing, management and servicing of the equipment and assets under the Main Brand and New Brand;
  • Be prepared to be a doer to work hard to deliver excellent guest experience while meeting financial performance targets set in the Annex.
  • Demonstrate leadership and a professional image to colleagues including XOs & HOs, guests, sales accounts, local community partners, vendors & competitors.
  • Manage overall standard according to SLEEEP’s unique SOP (‘XOP’) & Brand:code.  Work with MD & BOD to implement standards wherein team members communicate, support and cross-train each other resulting in a more functional, efficient and smarter working hospitality staff.
  • Monthly Financial and Operational Reporting
  • Overall revenue management includes OTAs revenue management, direct booking, napping, membership sales, and retail sales.
  • Budget control. Carry out costs savings and develop improvement actions.  Revisit the staffing plan on an ongoing basis.

  • Take ownership of all guests’ complaints
  • Use continuous training to drive the team to convert guests’ positive feedback into online reviews/direct referrals.
  • Look for opportunities to share resources across global sites, execute the global remote management center and be able to deliver operation cost cutting results.
  • Oversee the utilization of our proprietary system (EXP), PMS and other integrated systems and report any instability/errors to the Responsible Party(s) immediately and make sure our EXP is either driving up revenue or cutting cost while keeping the same quality of user (operator + guest) experience.
  • Leasing residential, commercial and industrial space to provide wellness services, as permitted by applicable local laws; and Licensing the New Brand to eligible partners across Thailand, the Asia Pacific Region, and across the globe.
  • Achieve planned goals according to the below specific areas with KPIs in the Annex.
