What should I expect during a sleep coach session? 我應該期待在睡眠顧問過程中獲得什麼?

The sleep coach would gather information from many sources including the interview chat with you, data from the sleep assessment test & surveys to identify what may be causing the sleep difficulties and then provide analysis, guidance and support to help participants to make changes in specific areas. For example sleep apnea one of the most common issue among urbanites could be identified from this sleep assessment test - the Lite plan.

充足的睡眠和休息是維持免疫系統健康的關鍵,生活在香港的繁忙都市人,往往會忽略這個重要性,經過2019年的動盪和冠狀病毒的侵襲,我們都生病和累倒了,香港大學公共衛生學院在2020年1月公布了一份研究報告,內容指出五個成年人當中,就有一個人出現抑鬱及懷疑創傷後遺症徵狀,呢個情況與經歷武裝衝突、大型災難和恐怖襲擊相同。

CBD(Cannabidiol)- 具有極大醫療價值的一種非精神活性的植物化合物,也屬於草本醫學中的適應原,可幫助調節我們的情緒和壓力水平,強效改善失眠問題,並可提升睡眠質素。 在“SLEEEP with CBD ”體驗中,參與者將學習如何使用自然的方法來平衡自己,包括簡單的呼吸練習,以及在Sleeep Shrine的優質睡眠體驗,讓你感受CBD 的神奇功效。

這個體驗的本意是為了幫助香港人釋放壓力和恢復活力。運用現代科學的知識和自然的能量來緩解緊張和壓力,並增強免疫系統健康,為將來的戰鬥做準備。

於日本熊野古道,跟隨音靈奈良裕之大師修行後, 踏上靈性音樂及聲頻療愈之道。於印度瑜珈聖地Rishikesh跟隨各大師學習獲取聲音瑜珈Nada Yoga TTC導師證書及國際聲頻療愈師資格。於倫敦跟隨世界公認最高銅鑼大師Don Conreaux學習銅鑼療癒演奏技巧,獲邀為仁波切、茶館、瑜珈藝術節演奏頌缽、銅鑼、天鼓、丁夏、呼麥唱頌、印度風琴等樂器。

超過10年表演藝術/劇場/舞蹈/電影錄像專業聲音設計配樂經驗,致力追求聲音美學極致之道,2008年從加拿大新媒體音樂之都蒙特利爾回流,近百場演藝及展覽活動策劃執行,300多場10多個國家與無數著名舞蹈家/音樂人/導演/藝術家合作及即興演出。富電影感的聲域/靈性音樂/簡約鋼琴/抽像電子/DJ/虛幻氛圍等多元樂器演奏。透過探研不同藝術形式,特別是沉浸感新媒體、聲頻共振、古代文化智慧,分享合一空性、接受放下、平衡和諧,純淨自然流動之道。

For the Pro plan, the sleep coach would devise a plan that spans over 4 weeks. Further meetings will establish how well the guidance has been followed and, most importantly, if it worked. More often than not, participants report a big difference in their lives and are genuinely grateful.  One key successful element we need from the participant is their commitment and really putting in the effort to try to make some behaviour changes for a better self.
